Default Wont build boost.

Hey guys I recently put on a new exhaust mani no leaks no anything on the block/Manifold/Turbo/02 housing/dp that I can see hear or feel. On the way home from causeway I decided to get on it a little bit and build some boost and have some fun but nothing.... I didn't here the blow off when I shifted didn't feel the car pick up at 2000 like I did before the new exhaust manifold. I can not hear the turbo spool either. But I don't think it would blow just from me bolting on a new exhaust mani and if it was blown wouldent it be more noticble even out of boost. Any suggestions on finding if it's a leak in the intercooler piping for somewere else. Also were can I find 2.5" silicon or rubber intercooler fittings that connect the two pipes together right now it is ghetto rigged with some old rubber hose.

If it was a boost leak wouldn't he hear the turbo spool? Check your wastegate make sure it's not staying open or anything.

idk how the internal wastegates work at all... but if there is some way to adjust that try it, my friends hatch had this problem and it was his wastegate, but his is external, so start there. good luck man, delsol!
