B18 not running right!!!!!!!!

Unhappy B18 not running right!!!!!!!!

it starts somtimes but dies soon after. I checked my ecu code and im getting a code 9 TDC sencer. My hayns manual says its located in my dizzy and that the dizzy would have to be replaced is this true?

if its actually bad. it could be wiring. throw a known good dizzy on there a while and see if the problem goes away. dont buy a new dizzy til you know for sure. hell dont a buy a new dizzy anyway. all of em are reman and suck. get a use oem or go to the dealership and get a new one.

what kind of car? was any wiring done? plus 1 on what freakasis said. my boy had bout a reman from discount and it was junk had to get another

The dizzys from discount have a life time warranty you buy one you never pay for another i change mine every 2 months or so thats the best bet unless you want to got to the dealer and pay 8,000 bucks for a dizzy minus cap and rotor .I got mine for around 220 and just keep your receipt
