NO youre not just paying for a name and no theyre not all the same. Each bar has different mounting issues such as subframe reinforcement attachment points etc. Also the bars come in various thicknesses.
Right now GC makes a very nice setup in 22mm and 25mm comes with delrin bushings (no squeeKing) and adjustable endlinks. Very nice bar.
Comptech and ST both make a lower tie bar that serves as a mounting bracket for their own sway bars and eleminates the need for subframe reinforcement.
Do some more research.

As far as tower bars (upper front and upper rear) They all (short of the neuspeed) mount the same and Im having trouble finding thicknesses of any of them. Does anyone have the GC Comptech or ST bars?
