So as in street car....you mean come out to the ricer.....err...street races?
Steve drives his car a lot...to work, around town, track etc. But family, career, mortgage, etc. all take much more weight over a Sat night skreeet race.

I'm not taking anything away from that . His car is very fast but he does not come out to any "Ricer" racing as you so call it . SO yes that does not put his car on this list IMO ..

i got beat pretty bad by some fully gutted green hatch with a massive turbo. idk what it had done or who was driving it. we ran from a 40ish roll

Funny how people make up the rules. The OP just ask who had the fastest Honda on the motor and on a turbo. In that case the fastest times I'm aware of is Neals(cxcivic's) 11.4 run on the motor and Steve's(NA200hp's) 10.3 turbo charged. Both of those cars are streetable and could easy drive out to the streetraces. Hell even Neal's second all-motor car has a quicker timeslip then both that have been mentioned. If you dont have a timeslip that is faster then those two you are not the fastest honda period.
