Throttle body question..............

Are the D series and B series interchangeable?

I did some searching but I must be typeing the wrong thing in.

sure. I put a gsr tb on my sohc. I used a gsr gasket. And the sohc throttle cam off of my old tb.

 

Any diff? Worth doing?
I am going turbo so I was thinking it may be a must.

 

I believe the stock D tb is 56 mm and the stock b is 60 mm and the type r is 62mm. I would just throw on the stock b series and polish it. Just port the intake so that it matches unless you already replaced the stock. Now that I think about it you told me you did.
