how to leave trader rating?

I am having problems with leaving a rating for someone.. the only problem is where the hell do i get the deal url.. the http" thing for the deal?? help?

go to the page that you and the other person did the transaction through, copy the link from your Address window, and paste it in that space that the deal url is asking for.
