should be written on the emission label stuck under your hood. Usually gives valve lash plug gap catalyst type blah blah blah...

This hasnt been a good month for Hondas now has it??

Well since I only own the most basic of hand tools I drove the Si over to Sy2173s to use a longer extention etc to change the plugs.

I gap and change the plugs no big deal. Luckily I took a glance at my temp gauge about 1 mile into the trip home and its about 3/4 of the way to Hot????

????????????

Headed back to Sy2173s and after getting out of the car I started to hear a nice hissing noise and smelled coolant. Problem was that a BIG bug or rock/pebble punched a small hole in the radiator so it was spraying the front bumper with coolant and water NICE!!!

I just happen to have a fluidyne radiator sitting at home had to run pick it up drive back to the car and switch them out re-fill coolant etc etc. Got home around 5:15am this morning
If I would have already sold that fluidyne I would have been out of luck.

Think I might be putting a screen of some kind on the bumper to stop a repeat of this. Those factory radiators are a joke anyway.

This was obviously not nearly as bad as everyone elses recent problems Mr. Self Destruct etc. Thought Id just add to the collection on Honda problems this month
