If their isnt power to it then it isnt the fuel pump.

how do you know theres no power to the pump? the pump will only has juice when its priming or when the car is running....not when ist just sitting in the on position. put a tester on the wires under the back seat and watch the tester while you turn the key from off to run. are you sure its not getting fuel? how did you check? fuel pressure gauge? you can also loosen the small bolt on top of the filter and turn the key a few times and see if it sprays (cover it with a rag first to make sure you dont spray the battery)....but if the pump is getting power and yer still not getting gas change the pump....if its not getting power its prolly a fuse or the relay. can you hear/feel the relay click when you turn the key? it should click right away when you turn the key and then click again a few second later to shut the pump off

i have two civics, i put them nose to nose. took main relay, computer, and distributor off the one the runs... i had a buddy helping me he turned the key and i held the test light, something is stopping the spark and the fuel pump problem... my friend had a bmw that did the same thing and it was the crankshaft pos. sensor but this car doesnt have. what else could it be?

did it just die one day? anything leading up to this? it does have a position sensor but its in the dizzy, and the pump would still prime if that was dead. did you just check one fuse or did you check em all? chenge the ecu fuse even if its looks good. check yer grounds. under the dash and on the thermostat housing, break the bolt loose and then retighten it.
