Unhappy sputtering when cold

hey guys i have a cb7 accord and have had no problems with it for a long time...however the other day i started it up in the morning and it sputtered for like 5 seconds then went to high idle like normal...it seems like it wants to sputter out and shut off. When it warms up tho i have no problems starting it only when its cold any info out there would be greatly appreciated thankx.

Idle air controler is what it sounds like but I am not familiar with accord motors.
