JDM BI16 IACV Stuck Open Help please

Default JDM BI16 IACV Stuck Open Help please
Ok so yea my IACV is stuck open and car wont even idle, Just dies. Im not spending 100+ on a new one, Is there anything i can do? I have friends with spares but nothing bolts up to mine. What intake mani do i have? I was told JDM B16A but i cant tell the difference.

This is not the best pic but im stumped. please help
