help cams wont spin
when i tighten the cam caps down the cams only spin like halfway, the vtec lobe is hitting on the lifter and stops it from spinning all the way around.when i loosen the caps they spin freely, can my cams be the problem? this is on a b16 head with skunk2 cams

Try plastigauging and see if the cam clearance works out. try using the h22a bolt tightening sequence and see if that helps.
