it wont have the plug for vtec pressure sensor or vtec solenoid only the integra gsr would have those plugs you will have to go to phearable.net to find out how to bypass it down at the ecu.

You don't exactly want to be jimmy rigging anything on your car.
Wiring diagrams that will help you are on Phearable.net - Electronic Fuel Injection Tuning Solutions - Hondata, Neptune, Crome, Uberdata, Ectune, AEM, Honda Tuning, Widebands, Fuel Pumps, Intercoolers, Turbos, LS/VTEC, ECU Chipping, Chipped Ecus, P28

If you can't do it your self, pay some one who actually knows what they are doing.

Buy a new harness to prevent having to run 2 wires to the ecu ?

I am assuming the b16a2 he has came with an obd2 alternator, distributor, injectors etc.

You would want to purchase an obd2 gsr harness & simply plug it into the 94 ls vehicle.

Off topic, My friend Dave has an ls harness already modified for an obd2 b16 swap like yours.
