We would really need to know a ton of factors such as, intake manifold, exhaust, manifold, turbo specs, fuel type, intercooler type/size/core etc.

Talk to your tuner when it comes time to tune the vehicle for his recommendation per your setup.

Asking how much boost you can run on the internet is never a good idea.

+1 also keep in mind that the sleeves on that b20 arent as strong as the 1.8l sleeves.

He has a 1.8L ls block bored 20 over with a b20 head
The integrity of his sleeves is a little weaker then stock being over bored 81mm sleeves.

didn't even tell us what turbo you're planning on running.

never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever talk boost without naming turbo you're going to run. 20psi on a T25 is WAY different from 20psi on a T67.

IMO, you should be talking horsepower figures. Finding out the limits of your motor in terms of horsepower can help you match the turbo to the motor, so you don't get a big laggy turbo to run 12psi and have a lousy powerband.
