For Hondas in this case Jun or Toda cams will be the best choice for camgears and here is why.
Those camgears do use the stock template for making their camgears and an usual overlooked fact about this is that.......
If you noticed the JUN/Toda/Spoon gears are adjustable +5/-5 degrees which meants your car will still be safe in case of gear slippage which is rare on these cams gears by the way. On the other hand you see that AEM gear with those lil 3 pussy bolts and its adjustable by +15/-15 doesnt really make you feel confortable specially are those high rpms our lil rice burners like to be. Skunk2 are a great cam the only thing that holds be from recommending them is that +15/-15 adjustability range.
Yes you will pay more for those JDM cams but Im sure your Honda will appreciate it.

I agree with John that the picture of the Skunk2 gear is not what you want to see after shelling out your hard earned cash for the product but the degree of mis-machining or even mis-inscribing is very minute. If you are installing an aftermarket cam gear onto a car I assume that you have the stock cam gear to line up and do your own test. The mis-machining/inscribing may vary from gear to gear and you may find that you need to compensate. A cam gear is not a product that makes horsepower it simply has to perform a function. No cam gear is going to perform its function better than another gear as long as they both work. I have worked with skunk2 gears on an H22 and they seemed to have nice bolts and good holding power without over-tightening. Good luck & be smart all of the comments listed in this thread are good ones. As for cams my SOHC VTEC is stock so I dont know much about what works and what doesnt I personally am not putting any money into the D16z...
