help!!!!!cam gear adjusting

does anyone know the best setup for a 1990 integra for advancing and retarding the intake and exhaust cams and by how much i got new megan racing cam gears and want to advance the timing for the track.

+2 intake and either 0 or -1 exhaust. set the dizzy at 18 degrees btdc.

what does btdc is it (before top dead center)
