which manual tranny fluid should i use

i have a 1997 prelude 2.2 vtech 5 speed need to know which tranny fluid to use.im putting in an act clutch and i was told only use honds mtf anyone know anything about this?what about redline or just 10w30 oil? please help....

just go to honda and get their mtf

i always run pennzoil synchromesh in all my tranmissions. i have read that its very simalar to GM synchromesh w/ friction mod which a lot of people swear by. just google gm synchromesh and read everyones opinions. there are quite a few of them. lol

honda mtf ftw! i just changed mine out a few days ago and tranny shifts like butter! smoother and less notchy.

thanks everyone for the input did clutch today and used honda mtf everythings just fine.next up is the turbonetics turbo!!!!!!!!!!!!! give 2 weeks and she'll be complete....almost 300 whp cant wait.....
