Before my speedametor stop working it would twitch and die and then finally one day stop work completly I put a new vss sensor so I know that not the problem oh ya it a 93 eg hatch by the way if any body knows any thing I'm all ears

 

well if you verified the vss is good id probally look at the cluster next. if not cluster must be wiring. find a wiring diagram to see where each wiring runs and check for continuity

 

Thanks bro what I did was I went to the wires and move them around then I drove the car and it started working thanks a lot again

 

I had the same problem with my teg. All i did was unplug the harness to the vss and plugged it right back in and it worked. I guess it worked itself lose while I was driving like a douche.
