youve got leaks or a master cylinder issue. do you see any odvious signs of fluid leaks? sometimes when a master cyl goes out you need to kind of pump the brakes to get them to work. it will eventually give out completely. you also have air in your system if you drove the car w/ low fluid. if your master is leaking out the rear you may want to get that done ASAP so it does not destory your brake booster
