Default 1994 civic hatch

so i get my car out of the shop and now when im driving it it will run on like 3 cylinders then like cut back to normal and then cut back out again and run on 3 cilinders. wtf could cause this? it goes back and fourth. could this be fuel injectors or like distributer or what.. any help will be repped

well first off what motor do you have? also make sure you have fuel in all your cylinders and also check your spark.

what was in the shop for in the first place??
but, i would first check spark (plugs & wires)
then distributor then fuel. start with the less expensive first! cause it could be any of the above. but, really why was it in the shop?? cause if they did any work i would take it back there!

check your timing, spark plug gap, use a noid light on your injector pigtails to see if they're functioning properly. You can rent one from autozone for like 20 bucks.
