i have a 92 h23 lude when cold rpm fluctuating from 1000 to 1500. it used to do that when engin was cold and then when it gets to operation tem it stops . now it does it all the time .when the car stop it goes to 1500 and bact to 600, back n forth. does anyone know what might be the problem ? your imput will be appreciated thanks .

 

I don't know a great deal about specific Honda engines but you could try adjusting the idle screw, other than that possibly its a bad air flow sensor (dirty/damaged).
