What is the major benefit(if any)between the Fields and Apexi Vtec Controller? I know one looks a lil more shiek but as far as it applies to the cars performance what is the real difference? I know both have a setting for the vtec engagment point and I beleive they both remove either the rev limiter or speed governor(though neither apply to me) and for the cost difference(though the fields doesnt seem that much cheaper)is the benefit.

I believe the vafc can richen/lean fuel by +or- 50% while the Fields goes +or- 30%. Im pretty sure thats about it. The vafc looks sexier though.

i have the apexi and its great. you can change fuel maps at different RPMs for low and high cam at partial and Wide open throttle. along with the vtec switch over point accelerating and decelerating. it has a lot of things the field doesnt (i think). i got mine of groupbuycenter.com for 290 shipped. Im assuming that to install it you simply tap into the ecu? How difficult is it...Im assuming not TOO difficult. I was able to wire my b16a swap so I dont think it would be too difficult...In regards to the Apexi.
