YS1 Tranny for S1 Tranny???

Will the 92 1.7 Teg tranny fit my JDM 1.6. And if not what will. Looking to get rid of the S1 it is nothing but trouble. And how reliable is the YS1 GSR tranny for the strip and every day driving??? Help please.....

yes it will fit. and it has a great gear ratio for all-motor. i think the 92-93 gsr tranny would be your best bet. since its usdm parts wil be easier to get. all you have to do is goto the acura dealer.
