Default need help on this one

i took a uturn and my tach,speedometer,temp,fuel, and my turn sig. stoped working. i checked all the fuses and couldnt find any thing. what can it be? oh and 2 out of all the light ex. check engine light.. doesnt work. the gauges come on but no movment.

did you try to make a u-turn in opposite direction?

Sounds like you lost ground somewhere. If you have not blown fuses, it isn't a short. Longshot, but make sure your pos terminal on the battery isn't grounding against metal. If the battery isn't clamped down, it can slide around.

my 87 civic did the exact same thing when i blew a fuse, lost tach, water temp, some dummy lights, but then the gauges still lit up, i had a short that would touch every now and again when i hit a bump and would pop the fuse, check both sides of your fuses with a voltmeter maybe the wire going into that fuse pulled out??
