Default h22block with h23 head or k-series?

like the title says im trying to decide what swap to do. can you guys give me the pros and cons of each engine? a guesstimate of power and tourque to each and what tranny would go best for the h22 set-up?

Uhh. i think you meant h23 bottom end with an h22 head . If you have the money to blow go K series, otherwise H22's are your friend. Gobs of power with out breaking the bank. Honestly though, I would do some research.. honda-tech, k20a.org and google will answer almost any question. Goodluck

putting a h23 head on on a h22 block wouldn't be smart..

it really depends on ur goals and budget
...h22 blocks can be stroked
to 2.4+.....h23/h22 is the money saving way.

any motor with a high budget will make big numbers.

do sum re-search on the H2B combo...i think is a great combination
and will be way cheaper then kseries swap.

oops i got it backwards lol but yeah i am thinking about doing the h23 wh22 head more cause im not gonna have a whole lot of money to spend

If u keep the H go h2b hands down. The k swap is better in every aspect just costs alot more, But just stick with the h22 and modd that. the gains using the 2.3 this and that are mininal take the money and put towards h2b kit.
