On my B16a1 you can adjust the setting where the clutch engages...to a certain degree. If your clutch is real bad I dont think it will help too much. But you can give it a try. (Im not 100% sure if your clutch can be adjusted or not.)

Im looking at the pic of your engine in your sig and it looks as if you can adjust it. You see the thick cable that runs horizontally right behind your valve cover? Its the rubber cable that looks like its coming from the driver side and it curves behind your valve cover and down into the bottem of the left side of your engine bay. Follow the cable down to the left side of your block...should be right behind/under your distributer. There should be (there is on mine) a round metal thing about an inch in diameter that has about 6 or 7 notches on it. Youll know when you see it cuz its the only thing on the rubber cable that stands out. Well you should be able to adjust your clucth engagment point to a certain degree by twisting that on to different settings...basically a trial and error thing. Set if on a certain setting and hop in your car and take off in first to see when it engages and just keep doing that untill you get a feel that you like.

If your motor doesnt have this thing im talkin about I feel like a complete moron for writting all this.

Goodluck.
