Default Fuel pressure question

Where do you check the pressure on a b18b1?
I'm not fimiliar with Honda's yet and I just bought a piece of shit, so I'll be asking quite a few questions as I keep finding shit wrong with this car.

Where is the fuel filter located?

Today I was driving the car home from work and it just quit on me... I checked spark and that was good. I hear the fuel pump coming on too.

After I get it to start, it'll run for a little bit, then die again. Seems like it's running out of gas. BTW, I put $20 in it and only drove 45 miles. I HOPE it doesn't get that bad of gas milage! Oh, my gas gauge doesn't work either...

THANKS!

Ok, I figured out where to check the pressure. Is there suppose to be pressure with the key on engine off? I have none...
Car wont start, so I can't see what the pressure is running.

you should have pressure as soon as the pump primes with the key on

Well, I thought it couldn't be out of gas....I figured approx. 40 miles on $10/3.5 gallons of gas was impossible, well, it is possible! In my car atleast!
I made another post asking some more questions about how it's possible.
