Is your check engine light on ? If so, what code is the vehicle throwing ?
Is your speedometer working ?

Your speedometer must be working properly if your running a 2 step.
You also must have no codes in order for your vehicle to be operating properly.
Check to see if you have any vacuum leaks or if your tps and map sensor plugs are swapped.

Thanks guys for the ideas, the only check engine code os code 6 coolant temperature sensor which ill be fixing today. The speedometer i havent checked i didnt even pay attentiion to it i know that the tach works but ill for sure check on that ,but the map sensor and everything is in the proper place so ill just double check everything. Before i used my computer with the chip in, i put it in my boys gsr and it ran serious as shit so i doubt that the chip is in upside down but i will double check thanks again guys.
