Default Rear drum to disc swap

I have a guy selling me an almost complete setup to change my drums to SI disc. He cut the hose coming from the caliber, so I know I need a new ones there. Does the EX fuel lines work for the rear disc setup?

Mmmmm, The BRAKE Lines from the EX will fit the Si calipers, But you do know you'll have to buy Si e-brake cables.... right?
The EX ones will not work.

What part of the line did the previous owner cut, before or after the coupling/connector?

G/L with the swap, It's pretty easy to do except for the cable swap, unless you have small hands and a lot of patience.

I have the e-brake cables. I have everything besides what he cut on the brake hose. If you start at the banjo bolt on the caliber, follow that about 6 inches and you come to a connector, there is about 5 inches or so of brake hose after the connector.

Sounds like you need the hose. Dealership item. I may have an extra.

wait, You said you have 5" past the connector? If so...... Then your Golden!!!
Your Brake line will bolt right up to the swaps brake line at the connector.

G/L with the swap out.

My only problem is after the connector where the 5 inch piece of hose is, he cut where it connects to the hard line.
