Default turbo guys chime in

I bought a Garrett T3 Super 60 externally wastegated. I want to make sure that this turbo is the right size for the power i want in a stock motor.

So far, I have a jdm b16 with S2 intake mani and TB. This is in a CRX.
Im looking for 250whp when im done on stock motor.
Will this turbo be fine for what i want??

250 hp is a good range for that turbo. u should make that on ur b16 so long as its tuned right.

That turbo is fine for 250, It spools nice on a sohc non vtec.So im sure it is a little undersized for a dohc vtec. Maybe you would want to atleast put a .63 exhaust housing if it doesnt have one.

Probably going to get choked off a bit in the upper rpm range but should work ok with that setup.

The turbo is kinda going to max out a little over 250 so run whatever boost you need to get there.

thats all i want.. for now. i would be very happy with a 12 sec street car making 250 until i have enough money to go with a bigger turbo and built motor.

You will need to replace the stock map sensor with a map sensor capable of reading higher. I would recommend the AEM 3.5 bar, GM 3 bar or Motorola 2.5 bar
