h22 lma's in b16 head

Default h22 lma's in b16 head

ok i know u can use the h22 lma's in the b16 head. But, I dont rember what size of washer do i use under the h22 lma's. dose anyone know what size the washer needs to be?

i would buy them at ace but over all i would buy itr lmas they work better and you dont have washers in your motor

h22a lma's are $8 each, ITR are $30 each.

off topic, but how hard. or how much work is involved in changing the lma's out? mine have been making some noise when the motor is cold....

Pull your cams and rocker arms out and change them.Not really that hard.

that is exactly why but the itr are more like $56 and u need 8. $8 is a lot better ,and the h22 cant fail and also they have the same sized pad as the itr lma. but its only the newer h22 that has the spring type(cheper ones). the others are the same ( price, and design wise) i think.
