Will a 00 Civic SI header work on a 00 GS-R?

It will fit but the clearance from the header to oil pan will be less.

Yes they are all interchangeable as far as bolting to the head is concerned. But a b18c1 has a block deck height of 7mm more than a b16a. The head of a b18c1 may also position the exhaust ports a little higher (I dont know for sure). This would position the header alot closer to the oil pan on a b18c1 than on a b16a. This may or may not effect oil temps and oil cooling but my advice would be to get the header designed for the engine.

If you already have the header keep it. You should be cool. Id check the clearance from oil pan to header though make sure you have more than a 1/2 or so.
