Default Major Problem Help Ma Fellow Peps!

wen i drive ma car and push tha bitch it b makin ma headlights get bright and it had blew up 2 set in the past week and wen it does this it sumtimes shut ma radio off also. i was planin to get hid buh scared it might blow

ok my fault i was rushing to go to work when i wrote that. ok i got a 90 teg teg and it has been actin up in the last month, im not sure if its the alternator buh when im drivin and step on the gas the headlight gets brighter and it blew up my light bulbs that i jus bought last week.
any help be appriciated

sounds like the voltage regulator in your alternator is bad and allowing to much of a charge. verify with a multi meter before replacing.

connect a meter to your battery, start your car, check how many volts are coming from the alt, rev the gas and see the change. if it is more than 13-14.5 volts, the regulator is bad and you need a new alt. g/l
