duhh!
Im a fuckin idiot.
I got a 5-point harness and I took my door apart to remove the 10 lb. seat belt retractor out of my 1990 CRX Si. Little did I know the seat belt sensor is connected to this seatbelt thing and it beeps non stop now while I drive. The beeping has got to be the most annoying thing in the world.
Well today I finally installed the damn thing back into the door. This took forever due to the fact that I CUT all the wires that were hooked up to the thing.
Moral of the story? Dont remove factory shit from your car unless you know what your doing....and DONT cut wires.

for some strange reson crxs are the only hnda i know that do this no i dont know what you did but it should go off after awhile on mine it only went off when somebody took off thier seatbelt bt it only did it for about 5sec. just a little triva the 88 crx doesnt make any kinda nosie when the seatbelts are removed ive tried it three diffrent 88s and not a peep. also you dont have to push the clutch in to start the car on a 88 but 88s dont have the side supports like the 89-91. ill stop thier on the diffs

Bleh just wire it up so that the circuit is never broken. Not that big a pain to do.
By the way how did you mount the harness? Dont bolt it to the floor best bet is to secure it to something like a rear tie bar or if youre a lucky bastard like Rocky secure it to the roll cage. Mounting it to the floor can cause serious back injury.

Damn RicerX hope to see you at the autocross this Saturday I want to see this setup.
But ya floor mounting can really mess you up. The reason is due to improper compression. Say you hit a wall while wearing your harness. The momentum of your body will be contained by the harness. If the harness is mounted to the floor your bodys forward force will cause the harness to compress your spine since its anchor point is far below you. Now if you mount the harness higher up say chest level you may still experience some compression but not to the extent you would with a floor mount.

Dont remind me about those seats. RicerX said he would only sell one where as a guy at the track (who I forgot) said he was selling both of them. Doh and I needed the seats. Oh well.
