i finally finshed and when it hits vtec is slower

any ideas im tired and frusterated

timing issue? hows ur oil level/preassure? plugs in right order? injectors in right order? what kinda cam is it stock or after market? what are the mods and have u messed with the ecu any? tons of things could do this man.
