Default E-Brake Problem... Can Sum1 Help?

My E-brake works and all but its not as tight as it should be, when I park and engage the e-brake you can still move the car a little bit... does anyone know how to make it tighter so the car wont move at all?

if you go in reverse and pull the e brake up to a complete stop it tightens it up. just do it a few times
