i need some help with b18 my Valve Spring

do any one know a easy way to take out my Valve Spring out of my gsr head or know of a tool to make the job faster or know of a shop that can do it. i need to take out my valve spring to change my valve seals i already have the head off the engine. if any one can help let me know

u need a valve spring compressor... and not any type will work. snap on has one that will fit perfectly.

yes you need a specific valve spring compressor kit. The one your rent from your local autoparts store will not work.
