Default weird sound

i just did my breaks on my 95 civic, now its making a weird creaking noise when i put on the brakes, it also does it when i am not touching the brakes but its hardly noticeable. i was wondering what was wrong and if it was my brakes or if it was my cv axle... the interior boot is ripped. thanks in advanced and help will be repped

well they are about a year but the car had been sitting for a while (blown motor) so i dunno, but the boot is ripped on the inside of the passenger axle, also where it sounds like the noise is coming from. it also doesnt always make the noise

Ok so what kind of noise does it make? like a clicking noise? Rep returned if its not the axel it could be you hubs or wheel bearings

is there a brake sheild behind ur rotor? if so it could be touching ur rotor and causing a squeaking like noise.
