dizzy question
Internally different. Trigger wheel count is off. ECU needs to see a specific tooth count to fire properly. Pre-OBD and OBD1/2 are different.
Plugs are the easy things to change.....it is not just because of the plugs.

if you run the proper ECU
you can run it
but that its' self either requires another wiring harness, or a conversion at the ECU and the other OBD distributors plugs wired as wel
generally more of an issue then it's worth
but like in my white DA it has a ODB1 distributor because it's a GSR head
so with a ECU harness and the plugs wired in i'm using a obd1 distributor on a true odb0 wiring harness
other things need worked with two
i think the injectors need some harness mods for obd conversion
not sure about the alternator though
