Default B20 on start up help please

hello members, i have a 91 EF std. got a b20 swap with CRX SI harness, LS matifold, b20 throttle body and injectors, distrubutor. running on PR4 ECU. My friend and i did the dpfi to mpfi wiring. Right now i have a problem where my motor fires up and it will shut off right away. on the ecu there was a code 10 but i replace the sensor and that went away and now is not throwing any codes at all, any luck or tips on what i should do? Thank you very much.

Also, be certain that you used the correct plug on the idle air control valve because if you don't then that can give you problems starting it...it will act as if there is no idle air control valve connected to the ecu which will make the car idle REALLY low or just stall out after starting.
