need help with spark plugs

Default need help with spark plugs

OK this is the deal my fiance was replacing the spark plugs and two are stuck, but not the the point where its cross threaded. i don't kno this for sure but i trust his word. he's sleeping now and that y i'm posting this thread is there anything that i can do to help this situation out? can a impact gun set to very low torque fixe this problem? any suggestions would be recognized and repped for. thanx.

as long as they went in good, i say just try harder to break them loose.. u cant crossthread it loosing it. not much help just a start lol

I agree with T4eg...Try backing them out with a little more elbow grease first before resorting to the impact as a last resort.

+1 i agree with everyone else, but next time you get spark plugs spend the extra 97 cents and get the no stick spark plug stuff at the auto parts store

yeah my friend had the same problem on his integra!

We had to use a huge breaker bar to get the plug out...

the new plug went it fine after.

Warm the car up....then try and take them out.
