91 Crx Si 39,000 $9500

I have been looking @ this Super clean CRX off of harny RD...it has a OEM 39000 miles...super Clean in and out...it all most looks to good to be tru...I called the guy and hes asking $9,500...Clean car but I dont think its going to bring 9,500...think he will get it?
