Default Fully Built LS

I am Building a fully built LS. Waiting on my rods and pistons to get back from the machine shop and was wondering if I would have to knotch the inside of the block for aftermarket rods?

Light weight crank and flywheel
edelbroc intake mani and TB
DC sports 4-1 header
H beam rods
11.5:1 High compression pistons
golden eagle block gaurd
built head with stage 2 cams
head is ported and polished and full crower vavle train
75 shot of nitrous
chipped ecu
ARP bolts all around.

Thats what I am using will be put together this week. all going in to my rex...

why such a small shot? All that stuff and your putting a 75shot?

All the stuff you are doing to it is PERFECT for a big shot. I would go with a MINIMUM 150 shot.

11:5 high compression i kid i kid for beginers..but no you will not have to cut the block at all either with big or small arp bolts they all clear..only when you use the Manly xBeams with the Larger B.e....but i do ask what your rods and pistons are doing at a machine shop?i hope not paying them to do a 3mins job of putting them together

the rods were meant to fit stock pistions tight but they were to big for my aftermarket pistions because the after market pistions were made to fit stock rods......dont know if that makes any sence
