soon if possible . i think i wana get the head shaved first but i can wait to do that if some one will help me with the swap soon, then just shave it later.

Where in PPark are you? I MIGHT be able to help.
If I was you I would take the head to a machine shop and have them check it and shave it if necessary, no sense in putting a warped head back on. You can also check it yourself (roughly)

If you have a basic set of hand tools it will be quite easy for you to accomplish.
