it will aid in all motor applications as well. catch cans does what they say catch. it will prevent oil vapors and residue from entering your intake manifold which can enter the combustion chambers and lessen the spark.

+1 for Renegade.
If the hoses are big enough, you don't need an expensive can.

I have HUGE hoses on the valve cover as well as on the crank case oil pan. I can show you at the car show this weekend.-Bob

is this mainly necessary in turbo motors or would it help any motor? also, beside relieving pressure on the block, does it have other main functions?

thanks

You really only need 2 or 3 lines coming off your valve cover to relieve pressure. Yes you can have the lines off the block, but from the VC does the exact same thing just as well.

And yes. A catch can aid's all motors, boosted, sprayed, all motor... All cars have crankcase pressure, you will only gain from adding a catch can.

I only plan on having 2 lines coming from the valve cover. The least pressure I can have in my motor is what I'm looking to do.

Looks good! I'm about 3/4's of the way through a wire tuck on my EF and I'm looking to do something like this.
