Low idle

Low idle
95 civic with a stock d15b7 when i come to a stop the car starts idling low and running rough, i think it has to do with the vaccume line from the intake to the valve cover. if i hook that hose back up should that solve the problem??

unplug your o2 sensor see what happens..does your check engine light come on after a bit of driving?

the line from the intake to the valve cover is not causing that problem. give more details of the problem. is it when the car is warm only? does it idle low when you start the car? is it only after you drive and stop? any CELs?

ok, the check engine light is always on, the low idle is after the car warms up it dips down to almost 500 rpm's when i come to a stop

well i got the ecu code for the check engine light and it was the Automatic Transmission Lock Up Control Solenoid Valve. Anyone know where that is and would that cause low idle?

sounds like you have a automatic Ecu on a 5speed did you do a conversion
