I would think your safe. I doubt a couple extra volts is gonna really overcharge anything. What does your bat. read before a cold start?

Mine will stay between 13.9-14.3ish and every once in a while I will hang around 14.5 volts...i doubt you'll have any problems. Most vehicles I test run over 14volts (I install car audio)

i would think you're fine, a fully charged battery should be at 12.65 volts, thats close w/out being crazy high!
