you can do a GSR for 3500 and maybe a little cash left over for a couple mods.

 

Sohc-T which isnt even a swap just turbo your d16y8.I dont see why you cant do a custom turbo kit under 2k and have more power than a stock or even bolt on swapped b series.If your dead set on a swap I can vouch for jdmaddiction ive personally bought a engine there and know of two others who's run great.
