the only good thing about liners is if you keep (all) of them ( under the motor etc etc ) it keeps everything clean on a DD.

I say ditch them.....every car i have had i ditched them, on lowered vehicles they scrub.

Didn't have them for about 5 years, no problems, even with SS brake lines.

I don't have them in my car but yes things to tend to get a lil dirty lol...that and I live on a dirt road but thats a whole nother story. The only thing I don't like about them is the fact that dirt will get in my door sill fairly bad along with dust. Never happend before I took the liners off.

They might scrub but it looks cleaner w/ them in the wheel wells! Just put your stock intake w/ a K&N filter back in and call it a day!

i briefly thought of taking mine out, but quite honestly i don't think cost/benefit ratio is at all making it worth it

ok here's my story.. my motor got hydrolocked b/c of a big ass uhaul next to me when i didnt have wheel liners in and a CAI.. he splashed a puddle of water into the intake and that was the end of my motor.. definately get a Bypass Valve If you want to keep the CAI w/o liners..
