ok... so i was driving my car after i fixed the fuel problem... i drove it down the road for maybe 45 seconds reving up fine. came to a stop sign. turned and started driving then my car wouldnt go past 3000 rpms. i could shift and everything and still drive but not go past 3k rpms... anyone know why? map sensor im guessing..

idles perfect yeah it did throw some codes.. map sensor was one then there was something else and then injector code...

 

speed sensor working? do u have a 2 step?? happened to me when my speed sensor shut out and my 2 step would always stop me at 4k rpm. when the speedo reads 0 the 2 step will engauge itself automatically. just a thought. get them codes figured out!!!

Bro my integra did the same thing, it sputtered so i changed my spark plugs, map sensor, and injectors, it still sputtered and wouldnt go past 3k so i bought new dizzy, problem was fixed.. Btw, its a b17a1

 

i have a brand new dizzy.... just bought it b4 this happend

 

try the good ol' "map sensor whack" method

 

i ordered a new engine harness so ill plug that in when it gets here lol.... is that your motor in ur sig teddy?

 

it sure is. my b16 4 door eg did that one time too and ran like ass, it turned out to be a loose ground....
