i was told i could get a b16 head for my car i have a 90 civic dx that has that all powerfull 92 horse engine in her..... any ideas because i dont have the money for a swap now

no you cant use the b16a head on your motor. you need a 92+ sohc vtec head timing belt water pump thiers more and when i think of it ill let you know i have some info on the swap(mini-me swap) on my website its in my sig
